By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital products, courses, memberships, coaching services, or live experiences offered by The Mindful Baddie Club, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Digital Product Access

All products sold through The Mindful Baddie Club are digital in nature unless otherwise stated.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased digital content, which may include, but is not limited to, PDFs, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, templates, live calls, replays, or community spaces.

Access is provided electronically via your Kajabi account or via email delivery.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend calls

  • Failure to access or complete content

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Personal circumstances

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any statutory right to a cooling-off period where applicable under UK and EU consumer law for digital content and services delivered immediately.

3. Personal Use Only

All content provided by The Mindful Baddie Club is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Share, copy, or distribute downloaded materials

  • Resell, reproduce, or repurpose content

  • Use content for coaching, teaching, or commercial purposes without written permission

Unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Memberships, Courses & Access Terms

For memberships, courses, or ongoing programmes:

  • Access terms are clearly stated at the point of purchase

  • Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product or platform, not the purchaser

  • Content may be updated, modified, or removed as part of normal business operations

  • Community access may be revoked if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate

No refunds are issued if access is revoked due to violations of community guidelines.

5. No Guarantees or Results Disclaimer

All content and services are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, consistency, mindset, and external factors.

Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and results.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, materials, and intellectual property belong to The Mindful Baddie Club unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Mindful Baddie Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Coaching Calls & Live Session Etiquette

The Mindful Baddie Club may offer live calls, group sessions, discovery calls, or paid coaching sessions.

By booking or attending any live session, you agree to the following etiquette:

  • Sessions start and end at the scheduled time

  • Late arrival does not extend the session

  • Missed sessions are forfeited

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund

  • Recording availability is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the sales page

9. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy (Paid Coaching Calls)

For all paid one-to-one or group coaching sessions, the following applies:

  • All coaching payments are strictly non-refundable

  • A minimum of 24 hoursā€™ notice is required to request a reschedule

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per session

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hoursā€™ notice are forfeited

  • No-shows automatically forfeit the session

  • Missed or forfeited sessions cannot be refunded, credited, or rebooked

Reschedule requests must be made via the designated booking system or email, and approval is not guaranteed if availability is limited.

The Mindful Baddie Club reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided.

10. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any product, service, or coaching offered by The Mindful Baddie Club, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

You acknowledge that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable

  • Access to digital content and/or services is granted immediately upon payment

  • Clear descriptions of products, services, pricing, and policies are provided at the point of purchase

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms constitutes a breach of contract.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • The Mindful Baddie Club reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to all products, services, communities, and accounts without notice

  • Any associated fees, administrative costs, or penalties incurred as a result of the chargeback will be the responsibility of the purchaser

  • The Mindful Baddie Club reserves the right to submit evidence including, but not limited to, these Terms of Service, purchase receipts, access logs, delivery confirmation, and communication records to dispute the claim

  • Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action to recover losses
